 Winter workshop -This workshop will explore the Yoga postures that will support you through the remaining few months of winter. It will also cover Pranayama (breathing techniques) and their benefits and meditation techniques that will include time for reflections and setting yourself resolutions for the year ahead.


Spring/summer workshop -This workshop will bring the body, mind and spirit into alignment with the energy of spring, We will introduce a Spring Yoga Practice that will include Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation, allowing you to use techniques that will help purify the body, mind and energy systems, encouraging physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health for the spring season.
